Why Natural Pharmacy?
(Here's our story and we're sticking to it)

When I first decided to open The Compounding Shoppe, I chose 'Your Problem-Solving Pharmacy' not only as our marketing tag line, but also as our mission -- to help people solve their health-related problems so they could get back to living life to the fullest. 

Through pharmaceutical compounding we were able to solve lots of problems.  However, as time went on, we were challenged by patients and doctors alike to solve problems that couldn't be solved in the compounding lab. 

Since then our problem-solving pharmacists have learned to integrate the best of conventional medicine with compounded (personalized) medicines as well as with more natural approaches which include herbal, homeopathic and whole-food nutritional remedies. 

One of the problems in medicine today is that everything has become so specialized.  You can end up going to five different specialists who just focus on one small portion of your healthcare.  Today there is no one to take a step back and take a look at the 'whole you' -- to take a look at all of your symptoms and see if it could be that a lot of your problems all stem from one central problem that is being overlooked.  

So we work hard to take that step back and look at the 'whole' you -- to get to your underlying problems, and give your body what it needs to heal itself, rather than just treating symptoms.  We call this taking a holistic approach.

Today we describe what we do as taking an integrative individualized and holistic approach to helping you solve your health problems.
